There are five core questions that we ask during the interview. Other than that we let the conversation flow. The interview does not have to be in person you can do it from the comfort of your home. Once you’re interview time has been scheduled we will provide a call in number.
(We usually record between 8:00 pm to 9:00 on Thursdays.)
Before recording, we ask how you would like to be introduced in addition to, giving you a brief rundown of how the interview is set up/or will go.If you want anything edited out we will accommodate the request. The interview should not be more than 30-40 mins unless you would like to go longer.
